The walking is in short bursts, but it adds up over the coarse of a day. Most packages are lightweight, and none are over 50 lbs, but you may walk 10-20 miles per day to and from doorsteps. This is a VERY physical job due to the amount of walking you will do.Routes are based on a 10 hour day, but depending on how smart and efficiently you work, you may finish sooner.
